All New App with the Full Web Branch Experience and More
For our next major release we have focused on updates to our mobile app. The app has been reworked to include the full Web Branch experience, an easier log in process and Quick Access to account balances. See the details of the updates below as well as links to download the app.
While we continue to fix bugs and make minor changes and updates on a weekly basis in Web Branch, we will continue to package larger enhancements and new functionality into bigger release updates.
Full Web Branch Experience
iOS and Android mobile users will have access to the Web Branch experience they’ve come to enjoy—now in an app. This makes for a seamless experience as you access Web Branch on your smartphone or tablet. In addition, we've made some improvements to Mobile Deposit so it will perform more consistently. As we enhance Web Branch, those updates will automatically be included in the app.
Improved Sign On
Typing a username and complex password on a mobile device can be frustrating. With this app update, you now have the option to set a PIN or use Apple's TouchID on capable iOS devices to log in. Your username and password remain intact and the security of our mobile app is fully protected by VerifyU.
Quick Views for Balances and Account Activity
You will be able to see the balances of your Web Branch Favorite Accounts without the need to log in—just by launching the app. It is an easy way to check in to confirm a deposit or to make sure enough money is in an account prior to making a purchase. This is the fastest way for you to obtain your balances—updated in real time. On tablet-sized devices, the quick view also includes recent activity for your Favorite Accounts.
