We've made the following updates to the Web Branch experience:

  • Relocated the menu in the lower right of the screen on mobile devices making access to the menu easier.
  • Aligned the design across the web and our app for a consistent experience.
  • Added sub-navigation to many pages to make it easier to get to important information about your accounts and activity.
  • Optimized the mobile experience to fit more information on the screen while also making it clearer and more readable.

Receive account updates, including custom notices – when it matters most to you. Monitor events pertaining to your account via email, text or push messaging as they happen with notifications.

We've made the following updates to Web Branch Alerts:

  • Alerts are now called notifications.
  • Added push notifications via the UW Credit Union app. Get notifications via push in addition to email and text messaging.
  • Simplified the enrollment and management of notifications. Enroll with just a few clicks or taps.

Please note: your scheduled transfers and payments, payees, categories and preferences have not changed – there’s no need to set anything up.
